The initial consultation can last up to one hour and is a vital part of working together. During this meeting we begin to develop and understand your vision for your event festivities by identifying your taste, style, and budget. Whether you are just very recently engaged or you already booked a few members of your creative team, we can help! Champion Event Productions offers a variety of packages to meet your specific wedding planning needs. While packages range in services offered, each include a consultation. If there is a package that doesn't quite fit what you're looking for, we can create a customized package for you and your partner.



Champion Event Productions strongly believes that philanthropy and community engagement is extremely important in today’s world. As a result, we strive to make it simple and affordable for individuals and companies of all sizes to host charity events that support and/or give to those in need.
